The g15
The G15 is a group of leading London housing
associations that is chaired by Keith Exford, Chief Executive of
Affinity Sutton.
As independent social businesses we work by
ploughing our profits back into building new homes, improving our
existing housing stock, and developing and delivering services to
our residents and neighbourhoods.
Our central objective is to build diverse and
sustainable communities, places where people want to live now and
in the future.
We work closely with central, regional, and local government;
with private and voluntary partners; and with our residents to
improve the quality of life for Londoners.
