Gain help to get employment and training
We work with participants on a 1:1 basis to help them
secure sustainable employment or help them to get back into
education / training.
Assisting with CV writing, jobsearching, interview prep and
completing application forms. Help with benefit advice through
better off calculations. For those who are less job ready, there
are opportunities to get involved in employability workshops to
enhance interview skills and motivation and confidence. Once a job
has been secured, there is funding available to help participants
with initial childcare costs, travel or workwear. For participants
who are looking for training, there are internal courses such as
Food Safety, Health & Social Care, Basic IT, etc. For those
looking for more vocational qualifications, we can help them to
source a course at a local college
