Hertsmere Resident Area Panel

Stella Hunter, Co chair of the Hertsmere RAP.
A statement from Christine Wood and Stella Hunter, Chair
and Co Chair of Hertsmere RAP.
The RAP's provide an opportunity for residents
to be heard they are a direct route to Management. They provide an
opportunity to inform staff of our issues and priorities and RAP
members rely on feedback via residents to carry out their role as a
RAP member to the best of our ability. We believe that effective
resident involvement will prove valuable to both Affinity Sutton
and all who live in the properties owned by them.
For those wishing to become involved, training
and guidance is available, there are various areas to get involved
in - so don't be afraid come and join us. We believe the first
requirement is to care and to be passionate about where you live.
To work to maintain a happy peaceful environment, to encourage
others to get involved. Knowledge is power, to be aware of what is
happening in respect of our homes can prove useful, to management
and the residents .
Affinity Sutton has an excellent Resident
Involvement Team, always ready to help and advise - so you won't
feel isolated.
Look forward to seeing you at the next
meeting.
