Affinity Sutton provide 3000 retirement homes across 93 schemes throughout the country.

Our homes are modern, vibrant places offering added value features, security, peace of mind and independence.

We offer different levels of service from providing scheme managers through to working in partnership with outside organisations to provide extra care services.

How to apply

In some areas of the country we advertise and allocate our available retirement homes through our choice based lettings scheme called Home Choice.

In other areas of the country all of our available homes will be advertised and allocated through the local council’s choice based system. In those areas the local authority criteria will be used to assess your eligibility.

Our Housing Options Wizard will guide you through what the possible housing options are for you and where appropriate, will provide you with the link to the relevant location authority system to apply for housing.

Who can apply?

Applicants should normally be of retirement age, although in some instances we may be able to offer homes to those over 50.

People who apply to retirement housing should need and want the support we offer but must be able to lead an independent life.
