Keith Exford - Group Chief
Executive
A leading figure in the UK social housing sector, Keith is a
non-executive director of The Housing Finance Corporation, an
organisation which supports the funding needs of housing
associations, large and small. He is also Chair of the G15
Group of London’s largest housing associations and a member of the
Joseph Rowntree Foundation's Housing Market Taskforce.

Director

Kerry Kyriacou - Group Director of New
Business and Development
Kerry brings with him extensive
experience in both commercial and residential
development. His background as qualified
architect and member of the Royal Institute of British Architects
has influenced Affinity Sutton’s strong commitment to creating well
designed homes and communities. He is also on the Board of
the Housing Forum.
Under Kerry’s directorship, Affinity Sutton
completed 1,200 new homes in the last year.

Neil McCall - Group Operations
Director
Neil has overall responsibility for the
delivery of landlord services; focusing on asset management,
customer services, housing management and resident involvement for
all of our general needs and supported housing
customers.
Committed to continuous improvement Neil will
also develop a customer contact strategy incorporating telephone,
digital and other new media.

Clare Miller - Group Director of Governance and
Compliance
Clare is responsible for overseeing the
Group’s governance, financial viability, resident involvement and
the regulatory framework.
Having been employed by the TSA and its
predecessor the Housing Corporation for 18 years, Clare has
unparalleled experience in the areas most relevant to her role at
Affinity Sutton.

Michelle Reynolds - Group
Commercial Director
Responsible for property management
specialists Grange and building services providers CBS,
Michelle also guides the Group’s approach to mergers and
acquisitions.
She is also further developing the Group’s
social business ethos - focusing on initiatives that change lives
and communities through tackling worklessness and promoting
financial inclusion.

Mark Washer - Group Director of
Finance
As well as Group Finance Director, Mark Washer also sits on the
Affinity Sutton Group Board and is responsible for all aspects of
Affinity Sutton's finances and IT, with a focus on financial
strategy and funding.
Mark is a chartered accountant, having
qualified with Deloittes in London. He joined Broomleigh Housing
Association as Finance Director in 2001 prior to its mergers with
Downland and William Sutton.
Mark is a board member of the National Housing
Federation and chaired the G15's Finance Directors' Group until
recently. He is also a national board member and Treasurer of
Citizens' Advice.
