The development team
Our development and new business team is headed up by
Group Director of New Business and Development, Kerry Kyriacou.
Kerry is supported by four directors who oversee our development
programme, policy and home ownership. They are:

Sandy Allcock - Development Director

Sandy is responsible for Affinity Sutton's development
programme, policy and services. Prior to this Sandy worked on new
business and delivery programmes for the organisation.

Joyce Ferguson - Development Director

Joyce is responsible for generating and delivering Affinity
Sutton's new homes development programme in the South East and
South West of the country.

Phil Griffiths - Development Director

Joining Affinity Sutton in 2004, Phil's role focuses on
generating and delivering our development pipeline of new homes in
London, the Thames Gateway, East and North regions.

Yvette Ruggins - Sales Director

Yvette oversees the marketing and sales of
Affinity Sutton's private and low cost home ownership homes
across the country.
