Resident Area Panels (RAPs) are your chance to influence the
direction of the company and comment on the services we
provide. We want your feedback and involvement. Only when we
hear from you and get your views can we really improve our services
as you demand. This is an open invitation to attend your next local
meeting. If you can’t make this date please put the other dates for
the rest of 2012 in your diary and make a point of having your say,
your way.
