RAP members work on local offers

At the June meeting of the neighbourhood 3 RAP members agreed to form two working groups to focus on delivering the local offers within their RAP area. 

The first local offer is focussing on office accommodation, and how to successfully use Housing Officer and Maintenance staff time. 

The group will be working to make Affinity Sutton staff more accessible to residents. 

The second group will be working towards the local offer of caretaking and grounds maintenance.  Each estate has different concerns, however through the working group the RAP members are hoping to achieve a solution which will benefit all estates and improve the Environmental services across the East region.

The first meeting of both groups will take place in the next fortnight, and progress reports will follow in due course to show how they are getting on.
