We’re an Investor in People and an
accredited ‘Best Company’ but the results of our most recent staff
satisfaction survey offer the most powerful demonstration of our
strengths.
Eighty per cent of those polled are happy
in their jobs and 84 per cent feel positive about their
working environment. At least two thirds are also satisfied with
key factors such as management, communication, work-life balance,
recognition, support and the performance of the organisation.
Just as we aim to continuously improve our
services to our residents and involve them in our work with them,
we also encourage, listen to and act on our people’s suggestions,
relating both to service delivery and the way we treat them.
