Governance arrangements

Leading the organisation
Affinity Sutton Group Board
The Affinity
Sutton Group Board determines strategy and
policy, on advice from The
Group Executive Team (GET).
GET implements the Board’s strategy and policy, and the Board
monitors GET's achievements and holds them to account.
The Board is not involved in the day-to-day
management of the Group, which is delegated to the Group Chief
Executive, Keith Exford, and the Group Executive Team.
Affinity Sutton Homes Board
The Affinity Sutton Homes
Board is made up of 15 members, including four
residents. It focuses on the services we provide to residents and
how we manage and maintain our homes across the country.
Resident Scrutiny
We have also set up Regional Scrutiny Boards to examine our
performance at a regional level. This will be complemented by the
work of our 14 Resident Area Panels (RAPs), who will identify local
priorities, develop improvement work plans and monitor
performance.
